18 Lee Child Persudaer
Dell 2004 0440241006 / 9780440241003 Paperback Very Good with no dust jacket; Covers are lifting.
Mass Market PB; 1.34 x 6.25 x 4.17; 496 pages; The 7th book of the Jack Reacher series has the usual fast paced, plot twists characteristic of Lee Child's Jack Reacher. Reacher, a lone ex-military police with no roots wanders around the country exploring the country he once served and avenging wrongs that he may find along the way. In this book, Reacher recognizes Quinn, a man Reacher thought was long dead, coming out of a symphony. He asks a military buddy to look up the license number and this brings him to the attention of DEA who wants him to find an agent placed under cover in the Quinn household and who has not been heard from. This sets the stage for Reacher to infiltrate the household with only a few days for the subterfuge to work. What sets this book apart from the others is that the story is written in the first person point of view instead of the previous third person viewpoint. It , nonetheless, is another great read.
